Shipping & Returns

 

When will my order be shipped?

We print and create the frames on demand. Once your order comes through, we organise production so your print and frame will be ready in a few business days. We pack your order with love and care. Your order will be shipped from Melbourne where the following estimated shipping times should be considered. These times may vary slightly due to destination and customs as well as public holidays, so please use these as guides only.

  • Australia: 5 - 10 business days
  • New Zealand: 7 - 12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 9 - 18 business days

All orders will receive a tracking number in which you can follow your orders shipping whereabouts. Any orders placed over the weekend or public holiday, will be processed on the next business day.

If your order is taking longer than the above estimated times, please double check the destination address on the order, the tracking number link and then contact us via hello@bylynalim.com.au with the order and tracking numbers. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times, however we'll do our best to get your order to you or your recipient as soon as possible.

 

Which courier do you use for shipping?

All orders are shipped via Sendle. Sendle is not only Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service but also about supporting small businesses like By Lyna Lim. They care about making a difference in how businesses run, and the world.

 

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges Policy

As all prints are printed after each order is received, we do not offer exchanges and returns / refunds for change of mind. 

All commission illustrations are bespoke and hand drawn specifically for the customer and will go through an approval stage before finalising the piece. 

Love, attention and care go into each print and illustration, but if it does arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it via email at hello@bylynalim.com.au. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging and product.
